CAVITE – The newly elected top officials of the province took their oath at the San Agustin Parish Church in Tanza on Wednesday, June 25.
Governor-elect Francisco Gabriel “Abeng” Remulla took his oath of office administered by his father, Justice Sec. Jesus Crispin Boying Remulla, who also facilitated the oath-taking of his other son, 7th District Representative-elect Crispin Diego “Ping” Remulla.

“This role will not be easy, but in every decision, we will put Caviteños at the center. Hindi para sa pansariling interes, hindi para sa pulitika (Not for personal interests, not for politics). Every action will be for the province we all call home,” the newly-elected governor said during his speech streamed live through Facebook.
Vice Governor-elect Ram Revilla Bautista, meanwhile, was sworn in by his father, Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla Jr.

Also present during the oath-taking ceremony of the young Revilla were his mother, 2nd District Rep. Lani Mercado Revilla, and brothers, 1st District Rep. Jolo Revilla, and Agimat Partylist Rep. Bryan Revilla.

Interior and Local Government Sec. Juanito Victor Jonvic Remulla facilitated the oath-taking ceremony of the local officials of Tanza.
The newly-elected members of the Provincial Board also took their oath during the ceremony.
