Within the first half of 2025, the Century Properties Group’s first-home brand PHirst launched three new horizontal communities across Luzon, each one designed to offer Filipino families fully finished homes in masterplanned neighborhoods.

The year opened with PHirst Centrale Batulao in Nasugbu, Batangas, the brand’s second township after its successful PHirst Centrale Hermosa in Bataan. From there, the rollout continued quickly.

On May 10, PHirst Park Homes San Pablo East was launched in Laguna, adding 1,440 Calista townhouse units across 12.77 hectares. Spanning 37 hectares with more than 3,000 homes, PHirst introduced Park Homes Sto. Tomas in Batangas a week later. Then, on May 31, PHirst returned to Pampanga with Magalang East, a 24-hectare site offering 2,290 units across both Calista and Unna models.

These communities reflect PHirst’s core design principles: complete homes, thoughtful amenities, connected essentials, and a seamless buying experience. Whether in South Luzon’s growing corridor or Central Luzon’s thriving hubs, each development is positioned to offer both residential comfort and long-term value.

With six more sites scheduled for launch by the end of the year—including new projects in Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, and the brand’s first in Mindanao—PHirst is set to deliver 11,326 new homes in 2025, with developments spanning a total of 115 hectares.

Each launch adds to a growing network of 27 active sites across Luzon and Visayas. With every new development, PHirst expands access to thoughtfully built homes and larger, well-connected communities where more Filipino families can settle and grow.
