Mayor Emi leads oath-taking of newly elected Pasay officials

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano led the Thanksgiving Mass and oath-taking ceremony of the city's newly elected officials on Wednesday, June 25, following the May 12 midterm elections.
Rubiano, alongside newly elected Vice Mayor Mark Calixto, Congressman Antonino Calixto, and city councilors from Districts I and II, took their oath at the Shrine of Saint Therese of Child Jesus Church. The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Oscar Jaime Florencio.
In her inaugural address, Rubiano thanked the Pasayenos for their continued support and vowed to work hard for a more progressive and inclusive city.
With the trust and opportunity given to her, the mayor said she will continue to serve with integrity and transparency.
Members of “Team Calixto” also committed to unity and cooperation, vowing deliver better public service to every Pasayeño.
