Marcos expects VP Sara's criticism over WPS: They are pro-China

“The President said we expect that from the Dutertes because they are pro-China at ang Pangulo po ay pro-Philippines,” Palace Press Officer and Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro said.
Castro made the remark when asked for the Palace's reaction to the Vice President's statement over the United States' deployment of the Typhon missile system in the Philippines.
During her speech at the “Free Duterte Now” rally at the Parliament Gardens in Melbourne, Australia, Duterte has spoken about the ongoing maritime issues between China and the Philippines, saying the country should >>>“force the recognition and the implementation” of the 2016 Arbitral Tribunal award through diplomatic channels.
The vice president said the administration should not be picking the side of a foreign power and let their missile enter the country, knowing that its enemy is against it, and that the Philippines has nothing to do with their issue.
