RLC Residences holds first-ever property expo

Making home buying a simple and immersive experience for home seekers

The journey to homeownership has become more exciting, accessible, and meaningful through RLC Residences Expo 2025: Hello, Home, Forever. As the country’s first developer-curated expo, the three-day event held an immersive property showcase. It offered a host of services for home buyers dedicated to home seekers who are starting to explore or already searching for a home, but require assistance when taking the first steps in the process of acquisition.
Held from June 20 to 22, 2025, at Park Avenue in Bridgetowne, Pasig City, the expo venue housed thoughtfully curated experiences, exclusive offers, and expert insights to help home seekers find not just any space, but their “forever” home.

“We really want to make it as easy as possible for people to buy homes. We are taking it one step further and simplify the entire process of buying a condo or house and lot. Actually, this is the best time to buy,” said John Richard “Chad” Sotelo, senior vice-president and Business Unit general manager at RLC Residences.
“We learned that it (buying a condo) is still scary. The younger generation feels it is the first ‘adulting’ step. The older generation, who have more experience, want to filter all the options available. Thus, we try to break it down to the most essential steps and provide the most essential information you need,” he added.
The expo brought guests to three experiential zones in a matchmaking journey to find the right property, the right sellers, and the right set of exclusive deals tailored to their needs, aspirations, and lifestyles.
At the Hello Zone, guests were welcomed at the Legacy Lane, which depicts RLC Residences’ identity as the residential arm of Robinsons Land, whose 45th anniversary traces back to its rich history of building quality-driven, purposeful communities.

“We at RLC Residences want to honor Robinsons Land by holding the first-ever expo by a property developer. This brings to life our purpose to serve and delight homeowners every step of the way and welcome them into their forever home,” said Sotelo.
In the Home Zone, attendees explored the home match and information kiosks, the project information wall, the model unit showcase, and the scale model display. This zone enabled the introduction of the brand’s diverse and growing portfolio of developments, ranging from condominiums to house-and-lot or lot-only projects, located in key urban and emerging cities nationwide.

The Forever Zone enabled the guests to envision their long-term future through partner booths and insightful real estate talks by respected names in the industry such as representatives from real estate services companies Cushman & Wakefield and Lobien Realty Group; content creator, financial advocate and founder of Ready2AdultPH Charm De Leon; content creator, founder and mayora of Home Buddies Facebook Community Frances Cabatuando; dontent creator, Licensed Filipino architect and Principal architect of Delta Archi Studio Dax Augustus; and RLC Residences Brand Ambassador Heart Evangelista.
Exclusive offers were made available including the Pre-Selling 120 promo, which allows buyers to avail of the featured pre-selling property by paying the discounted price in 120 months; free Smeg oven toaster for the first 100 booked units; monthly rebates for maximum 45 months via GoTyme for expo buyers who will book the featured units; and an additional 10 percent discount on top of existing applicable discounts for the first 45 booked sales.

These exclusive expo deals were offered in addition to ongoing RLC Residences promotions, such as the Early Move-In and Lease-To-Own programs for ready-for-occupancy projects. Lucky guests also won raffle prizes in the three-day run.
“We named this year’s event ‘Hello, Home, Forever’ because we believe home is not just where life begins—it’s where it continues to grow,” Sotelo concluded. “Our goal is to create spaces that stay relevant not just today, but for every chapter of our homeowners’ lives. That’s what forever means to us.”
