CAMP Miguel Malvar, Batangas City – Police Col. Geovanny Emerick Sibalo was named as new Batangas Provincial Police Office chief.

Sibalo assumed the position in a turnover ceremony on Monday, June 23, in this camp. He replaced Police Col. Jacinto Malinao.
Police Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky, Police Regional Office 4-A director, presided over the ceremony.
“As we embrace leadership, let us strive not just maintain, but to elevate our performance. We will not settle for mediocrity, we will aim to be great in Calabarzon, we are for excellence,” Wanky said.
He said that a change in leadership is vital in any organization, symbolizing continuity and progress in achieving the mission and vision of the Philippine National Police.
Wanky thanked Malinao for his dedicated leadership and initiatives that led to significant reforms and more effective operations within the Batangas PPO.
