Pride of June: ABS-CBN launches four new shows this month

Intriguing drama and engaging battles are rolling out this June as ABS-CBN Studios launches four new shows—Gerald Anderson’s comeback series “Sins of the Father” and Chinese drama “Unchained Love” on weeknights and new reality singing contest “Idol Kids Philippines” and the most colorful game show “Rainbow Rumble” on weekends.
“Sins of the Father” is a gripping crime drama that navigates the intricate world of scams and the distressing plight of scam victims. Aside from Gerald, the new primetime series features a powerhouse cast that includes Jessy Mendiola, Shaina Magdayao, Francine Diaz, Seth Fedelin, JC De Vera, RK Bagatsing, and many more. It will air Mondays to Fridays, starting June 23, at 9:30 pm on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, TV5, iWantTFC, and TFC.
“Unchained Love,” meanwhile, revolves around forbidden love, palace intrigue, and a secret mission starring Dylan Wang, who played Dao Ming Si in the 2018 remake of “Meteor Garden,” and Chen Yuqi, known for her lead role in “Heavenly Sword and Dragon Slaying Sabre.” The romantic historical drama, which premiered last Monday (June 16), airs on weeknights at 10:15 pm on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, and iWantTFC.
From heart-stopping narratives on weeknights to exciting battles on weekends, ABS-CBN brings back-to-back competitions with “Rainbow Rumble” and “Idol Kids Philippines” for a back-to-back family viewing time.
The funny and vibrant tandem of ‘Pambansang Host’ Luis Manzano and Negi is back for Rainbow Rumble season 2, where viewers can expect more fun and surprises as they watch celebrity players try their luck and challenge their wits to win the coveted P1 million prize. Catch the fun in “Rainbow Rumble” on weekends beginning June 28 (Saturday) at 6:15 pm on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, AllTV, iWantTFC, and TFC.
Robi Domingo and Jolina Magdangal will host the latest Kapamilya reality singing
competition, “Idol Kids Philippines,” that will feature Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Angeline Quinto, JK Labajo, and Gary Valenciano as judges for young dreamers striving to become the next singing idols. Also joining the show are Shanaia Gomez and Emilio Daez, who will serve as the hosts of the “Idol Kids Philippines Spotlight” online segment. Witness the kiddie idols’ journey every weekend starting June 28 (Saturday), 7:15 pm on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, iWantTFC, and TFC and 8 pm on TV5.
Meanwhile, the excitement on weeknight primetime continues with the most thrilling action-packed scenes in the top-rating series “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” led by the Primetime King Coco Martin as Tanggol, now ‘tagapagTANGGOL ng Pagbabago’ who is running for office, advocating good governance.
The Kontraks are also about to face their most thrilling mission yet as the explosive final chapter unfolds in “Incognito,” starring Richard Gutierrez, Baron Geisler, Maris Racal, Anthony Jennings, Kaila Estrada, Ian Veneracion, and Daniel Padilla.
