Leading Philippine property developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc., through its exclusive marketing arm Sta. Lucia Marketing inaugurated its newest sales office in General Santos City last June 14, 2025.
An office blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to officiate the opening, which was led and attended by top executives under Sta. Lucia Marketing, including Sta. Lucia Marketing President and CEO Liezel Tuason-Magpoc and Vice President John Eric Escanillas.
Sales partners under the local Sta. Lucia Marketing team was all smiles as the ceremony unfolded. The whole event was also marked by several other festivities, including traditional band performances and messages from the executives.

The said office, which is located within SM City General Santos, will be opened to provide services to potential clients, especially in regards to accommodating inquiries and payment terms, providing property demonstrations, and other related transactions.
As for the event, the opening of the new office was met with much warmth and optimism as it could provide convenience to clients, ensuring high-quality projects that meet their ideals are within their reach.
At the same time, the new office will allow Sta. Lucia to reach more Filipino families based in the area and boost its presence in the local property scene.
