The first session was held on Thursday, June 19, at the EPD Multi-Purpose Hall. It was facilitated by the District Special Training Unit under the District Personnel and Records Management Division (DPRMD) and participated in by personnel from the EPD District Headquarters.
The session featured a dynamic dance fitness activity, combining Zumba and Taebo routines designed to enhance cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, and overall wellness.
The EPD said the activity is part of the Philippine National Police’s Oplan Bantay Kalusugan program and aligns with the directive of PNP Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III, who emphasized that all police personnel must maintain physical fitness and mental wellness within the police force.
