With intermittent light showers—hailed as signs of good fortune and luck—The Ascott Limited Philippines staged a grand celebration to mark a remarkable 25 years in the country. Held on June 16, 2025, at the always impressive National Museum of Natural History in Manila, the evening embraced a modern Filipiniana theme, with representatives from CapitaLand Investment headquarters in Singapore flying in for the occasion.

Ascott’s partners in the Philippines were duly honored, and it was heartening to see how they had come from all corners of the nation. The Ascott Limited's presence in the country began with Somerset Millennium Makati in 2000, but it has since grown to include numerous properties under the Ascott, Citadines, Somerset, Lyf, and Oakwood brands. With island resorts like Preference Siargao in the pipeline, the future looks even more promising.
