President Marcos has retained the heads of six high-ranking officials and accepted the courtesy resignations of three others.

Palace Press Officer and Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro disclosed on Thursday, June 19, the new changes in Marcos' massive Cabinet performance evaluation.
According to Castro, the President chose to keep the following officials:
1. Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) President and General Manager Jose Arnulfo “Wick” Veloso
2. Land Bank of the Philippines President and CEO Lynette Ortiz
3. Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) President and CEO Michael de Jesus
4. National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Administrator Eduardo Eddie Guillen
5. Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Mel Robles
6. Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) President and CEO Emmanuel “Edwin” Mercado
Marcos also accepted the courtesy resignations of three of his advisers namely: Presidential Adviser on Legislative Affairs Mark Llandro Mendoza, Presidential Adviser on Military and Police Affairs Roman Felix, and Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) Renewables Corporation president John Arenas.
The changes are part of Marcos' ongoing review on the performance of his Cabinet officials, whom he asked to file courtesy resignations in May to give way to a calibration on his administration.
Since then, most of the Cabinet secretaries have been retained.
