Shabu seized in Makati sting; 3 nabbed

Three high-value individuals (HVIs) wanted for illegal drugs were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation on Solchuaga Street in Barangay Tejeros, Makati City on Tuesday, June 17, the Southern Police District (SPD) said.
The suspects were identified as Keano, 32, Dodong, 40, and Palito, 42. Keano is a resident of San Andres Bukid in Manila while Dodong and Palito are residents of Barangay Tejeros in Makati.
Based on the police report, a police poseur buyer successfully bought a sachet of shabu from Keano, prompting police officers to apprehend him and his two cohorts.
Seized from the three were P856,800 worth of shabu and other drug paraphernalia.
The SPD said the suspects are now facing charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165.
