Laguna bomb threat suspect nabbed

Police say they have arrested a suspect behind the online bomb threat in Santa Cruz, Laguna on Wednesday morning, June 18.
The Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit 4-A conducted follow-up investigation and traced the suspect through his account.
With the Santa Cruz Police, the RACU 4-A nabbed the suspect in a joint operation.
The suspect is in the custody of the Santa Cruz police and faces appropriate complaints.
The incident prompted the local government unit to cancel classes and suspend work in government offices.
Police reminded the people against posting bomb threats as the offense causes panic and has appropriate penalties.
