Fire hits Quezon City school

One day before the opening of classes, a fire hit an elementary school in Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City on Sunday morning, June 15.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the fire was raised to the 1st alarm at 11:00 a.m. and escalated to the 2nd alarm at 11:03 a.m.

The blaze was raised to the 3rd alarm at 11:14 a.m. and was declared under control at 11:30 a.m.

The fire was extinguished at 11:58 a.m.

As of this writing, no injuries were reported.
