Living in Metro Manila calls for a home that embodies convenience and comfort while maintaining an upscale urban lifestyle. At The Observatory, professionals and young families can thrive in a Japanese-inspired community that exudes stability, independence, and drive to achieve life’s goals.
Strategically located in Mandaluyong, this 4.5-hectare mixed-use development connects residents to nearby central business districts through EDSA and the BGC-Ortigas Link Bridge. From its vantage point, it boasts stunning panoramic views of the BGC skyline.
Beyond residential, commercial, and retail offerings, the development also has open spaces for residents and patrons to enjoy. (Artist’s perspective)
Prime mixed-use complex
As one of Federal Land and Nomura Real Estate’s (FNG) flagship projects, The Observatory’s master plan includes residential towers, retail offerings, and an office building to create the balanced lifestyle Millennials and Gen Z aspire to.
Within its integrated urban ecosystem, it will ensure a balanced lifestyle that promotes improved well-being. The planned office tower will cater to those who prefer to work within close proximity of amenities for recreation and relaxation, while its retail will feature various exciting brands and dining options.
Providing a respite from the relentless energy of the city vibe, The Observatory has allotted a generous portion to open areas dedicated to greenery, rest places, and walkways. These breathing spaces give residents opportunities to pause and slow down, even at the center of the metro.
