Paulo Avelino comes home to Star Magic family

Award-winning actor Paulo Avelino, one of the most sought-after leading men in the country, is officially returning to his roots as he joins the Star Magic family, the premier talent agency of ABS-CBN.

Paulo is set to win over viewers once again with his undeniable charm, as he will soon star in an exciting new series for ABS-CBN, as announced during an event at the Kapamiya Network in Quezon City.

As one of the most in-demand actors today, he is cherished by fans for his remarkable ability to portray diverse roles across various genres, from compelling character-driven performances to romantic comedy heartthrobs.

Throughout his illustrious career, Paulo has received multiple nominations and awards for his work in numerous hit series and films. Notably, he won the Best Actor award at the 2024 TAG Awards Chicago for his role in the popular suspense-thriller series “Linlang.” He has also received Best Actor awards from Gawad Urian and the Metro Manila Film Festival, among others.

Fans were recently captivated by his performances in the Philippine adaptations of “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim,” “Flower of Evil,” and “The General’s Daughter.”

Additionally, Paulo recently starred in the box-office hit movie “My Love Will Make You Disappear,” alongside Kim Chiu. Beyond his accomplishments as an actor, he is also recognized for his work as a producer.
