3 pals drown in Isabela river

TUMAUINI, Isabela – Three friends drowned while swimming in the Avvu River in Barangay Sisim Alto here on Tuesday, June 10.
Police identified the victims as Isabela residents Vince, Samson, and Rayver.
A concerned citizen reported to the police that a male body was found floating in the Avvu River.
Authorities searched and recovered the two other victims beneath the water.
The victims were taken to the Tumauini Community Hospital where they were declared dead.
Investigation said that the victims went to the area on a motorcycle for a picnic and recreational swimming.
