ILOILO CITY — The Police Regional Office-6 distributed P21-million worth of information and communications technology (ICT) equipment and a vehicle to police units in Western Visayas region.

PRO-6 Deputy Regional Director for Operations Police Col. Roland Bulalacao led the distribution on Monday, June 9, on behalf of Police Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky in Camp Delgado, the PRO-6 headquarters in Iloilo City.
These were funded by Camp Crame, the Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters in Quezon City.
The new patrol vehicle was received by the Leganes Municipal Police Station under the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) which is also under Bulalacao.
The key for the vehicle was given to Leganes Mayor JunJun Jaen and municipal police chief Police Capt. Enrique Robles
The Aklan, Antique and Capiz Provincial Police Offices (PPOs) as well as Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) received 23 desktop computers and one tablet each.
The Iloilo and Negros Occidental PPOs received 55 desktop computers and one tablet each.
The Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) received 15 desktop computers and one tablet.
The Guimaras PPO received eight desktop computer sets and one tablet.
