iPadOS 26 sees to easier productivity

Apple is narrowing the gap between a desktop experience and an iPad.

With the iPadOS 26, users can open multiple windows of different apps and even resize them, which should make jumping between apps a bit faster and easier. 

And much like a desktop experience, each window now has a menu bar, which should be familiar for everyone. 

Folders get a bit of a revamp as well. You can now create multiple Folders and even add it to the Dock. 

Audio gets some upgrades for content creators, such as being able to record from the AirPods, noise isolation, and recommendations for the best mics. Local Capture allows you to record over calls. 

Journal, the app Apple has sherlocked, will also be coming to the iPadOS 26 with Apple Pencil support.
