Van crashes into concrete barriers near Manila City Hall

According to eyewitnesses, several foreign nationals believed to be Chinese quickly exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot immediately after the crash, raising concerns among onlookers and passersby.

A white minivan crashed into a row of concrete barriers along P. Burgos Street near Manila City Hall, on Sunday, June 8.

According to eyewitnesses, several foreign nationals, believed to be Chinese, quickly exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot immediately after the crash, raising concerns among onlookers and passersby.

Authorities have yet to confirm the number of occupants or whether the vehicle was involved in any prior incident.

Police investigators are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the individuals involved and determine the cause of the crash.

No injured pedestrians or bystanders were reported, but the incident caused traffic congestion in the vicinity of Manila City Hall.

Authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward as the investigation continues.
