The body of a suspected “salvage” or summary execution victim was found in Malvar, Batangas on June 3.
Police said the victim was a male Caucasian, 5’9” in height, bald, with moustache and large build, and wearing a dark blue Fred Perry polo shirt, cream linen pants, and dark blue Lacoste socks.

Backtracking on June 3 found out that at around 10:22 p.m. on June 2, closed circuit television camera captured a white SUV with license plates NKE-9496 stopping at the place where the body was found.
A witness came forward that day confirming the footage.
He said that two male individuals and one female passenger alighted from the SUV and disposed of a black garbage bag while the driver remained in the vehicle.
The witness positively identified the female suspect’s face due to the vehicle’s cabin light being illuminated.
Police in coordination with the Land Transportation Office launched a pursuit operation where the registered owner of the vehicle, Alan of Taguig City, was identified.
Alan informed police that his vehicle was rented by Kathleen, 41, a contract lawyer from Parañaque City.
Police tracked the vehicle via global positioning system to a beach resort in Lian, Batangas.
The witness on June 4 positively identified Kathleen as the female involved in the dumping of the body, resulting in her arrest and she was taken to the Malvar Municipal Police Station for investigation.
Police recovered a Glock .40 caliber pistol with 15 bullets from Kathleen's bag.
She failed to present any documents for the firearm and upon verification, the gun was registered to a different individual. She has no license to own or possess firearms.
The next day, charges for murder and violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) and Batas Pambansa Bilang 881 (Omnibus Election Code) were filed against Kathleen and three John Does before the prosecutor’s office.
His identity remains unknown as of posting time.
A manhunt against the remaining suspects is ongoing.
