Megaworld Lifestyle Malls continues to raise the bar in Philippine retail after receiving three prestigious accolades at the Retail Asia Awards 2025, held at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The company took home the coveted Mall of the Year – Philippines title for the third consecutive year, this time for its flagship destination, Uptown Bonifacio.
Megaworld Lifestyle Malls proudly secured three prestigious accolades at the 2025 Retail Asia Awards held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, including a third consecutive win for Mall of the Year in the Philippines. Leading the delegation was Graham Coates (center), first vice president and head of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, joined by Mike Lao (senior AVP and head of Mall Operations), Lorence Aurelio (VP and head of Key Accounts and Leasing), Tinay Villanueva (senior AVP and Head of Brand and Marketing), and Camsy Elviña (cluster general manager).

The winning streak also includes Themed Mall of the Year – Philippines for Lucky Chinatown, and Integrated Mixed-Use Mall of the Year – Philippines for Eastwood City—demonstrating Megaworld’s strength in curating lifestyle experiences across diverse formats and communities.

The historic three-peat was achieved through consecutive wins for Festive Walk Iloilo in 2023, Eastwood City in 2024, and now Uptown Bonifacio in 2025—making Megaworld the first and only Philippine mall developer to secure the Mall of the Year title for three straight years.
