Free Balik Eskwela packages in Muntinlupa to be distributed next week

Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon announced that the city government’s free Balik Eskwela packages for public school students will be distributed starting next week. 

The mayor met with public school principals and administrative officers “to discuss the orderly and timely distribution of our Balik Eskwela Package 2025.”

The packages will be given to all incoming public school students from early childhood education to senior high school.

He said the city government will aim to distribute the free school supplies to students before the opening of classes, which was set by the Department of Education on June 16. 

“Magsisimula na next week ang distribution sa bawat public school. Sisikapin nating matanggap na ng learners ang Libreng Balik Eskwela package nila bago ang pasukan (Distribution to every public school will begin next week. We will strive to ensure that learners receive their Free Balik Eskwela packages before the school year begins),” Biazon posted on Facebook..

The Balik Eskwela packages contain backpacks, notebooks, pad papers, pens and pencils, pencil case, and black leather shoes.

This will be the third year that the Biazon administration will give free school supplies to public school students. 

He thanked Muntinlupa Schools Division Office head Dr. Violeta Gonzales, the principals, teachers, staff, parents, and students for their help and cooperation.
