The Medical City Clinic (TMC Clinic) proudly marked another milestone in its growing network with the grand opening of its 73rd clinic nationwide on May 30, 2025. Located on the second floor of Filinvest Malls Dumaguete along Flores Avenue Extension in Barangay Piapi, this new clinic stands as TMC Clinic’s eighth branch in the Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) region and the sixth in the Visayas.
This expansion reflects TMC Clinic’s enduring commitment to making hospital-quality, patient-centered care more accessible to Filipinos in every corner of the country. The opening was celebrated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by representatives from The Medical City leadership, Filinvest Malls Dumaguete, and key local stakeholders. 
Now fully operational, the clinic provides a comprehensive range of outpatient services from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. These services include medical consultations, laboratory diagnostics, digital X-ray, 12-lead ECG, annual physical examinations, and pre-employment medical exams.

The event was graced by distinguished guests, including Dr. Stuart A. Bennett, president and group CEO of The Medical City Enterprise; Roberto “Bob” A. Muñoz, President and CEO of The Medical City Clinic; and TMC Clinic Leadership team: Josephine B. Reyes, Vice President for Operations, Damaris T. Parra, Vice President for Human Resources and Organization Development; Christine B. Duran, Senior Associate Vice President for Finance Services; Aldrin S. Bautista, Senior Manager for Clinic Support Services; and Sabrina S. Favila, Senior Manager for Marketing and Business Development. They were joined by Edward C. Du, CPA, President of the Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI), and Reggie Reyes, Trustee of the Negros Oriental Dive Association (NORDA), who represented TMC Clinic’s valued local partners.
Filinvest Malls Dumaguete was also well represented by its leadership and operations team, including Thesbe Alonso, Vice President and Mall Head for the VISMIN Cluster, along with representatives from leasing, marketing, engineering, accounting, and administration.

Also in attendance were doctors from TMC Clinic Filinvest Malls Dumaguete, who brought with them a wealth of clinical expertise. Among them were Dr. Gresaneth Claire Cabaces and Dr. Kenny Jay Zamora from Internal Medicine; Dr. Bea Mechelle Busmeon and Dr. Thea Alyssa Ejera from Pediatrics; Dr. Jose Pedrito Magno from ENT; Dr. Aldin Legazpi from Pathology; and Dr. Jose Mari Tagle from Radiology.
