Monde Nissin Corporation will be conducting its annual meeting of stockholders on June 27, 2025, Friday, at 10:00 a.m. via the AGM@Convene virtual online platform accessible at https://conveneagm.com/ph/MONDE2025ASM.
Stockholders who wish to participate in the Meeting must register through the AGM@Convene online portal accessible at https://conveneagm.com/ph/MONDE2025ASM. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. of June 3, 2025 and closes at 5:00 p.m. of June 18, 2025.
