A development that’s not only beautiful but built with purpose is rare, and that’s exactly what Landco Pacific Corporation, in partnership with Roxaco Land Corporation, has delivered. The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego proves that luxury and sustainability can go hand in hand, setting a compelling example of thoughtful coastal living in the Philippines.
At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, The Residences received the highest distinction—Philippines’ Best with Five Stars—in both Architectural Design and Sustainable Residential Development. It was also named the region’s Best in Sustainable Residential Development and will represent Asia Pacific at the 2026 International Property Awards (IPA), competing globally against entries from Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas.
This follows the global success of Landco’s The Spinnaker at Club Laiya, which made history as the first Philippine project to win World’s Best at the 2025 IPA. The Residences also claimed Best Waterfront Condominium Development and received a Highly Commended citation for Best Lifestyle Condominium at the 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, further cementing its status among the region’s most outstanding coastal properties.

The story began when Landco acquired an 88-hectare stretch of Nasugbu coastline and partnered with Roxaco Land. That land became Punta Fuego, a peninsula shaped like a flame, just two hours from Manila. Developed in the early 1990s with a focus on preserving native greenery, it was designed by Carlos Arguelles and Ed Calma to blend natural features with modern comforts. Over time, it evolved into a full-fledged seaside community—complete with a beach club, marina, golf course, and more—laying the foundation for what The Residences would later become.
