To prevent issues, winners are advised to sign and write their names on the back of the winning ticket. Tickets must be kept in good condition—free from wrinkles, folds, or tears.
PCSO also stressed that the barcode must remain intact, as it is essential for scanning and validating the ticket at lotto terminals.
Jackpot winners must claim their prizes at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City and present two valid IDs.
