Filinvest Group celebrates real estate companies' wins at prestigious Property Awards

As it celebrates its 70th anniversary, the Filinvest Group once again solidified its continued commitment to inclusive, purpose-driven developments with its real estate companies’ strong showing at the 2025 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards.
Its real estate companies, composed of Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), and Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI), brought home a total of 11 prestigious awards, led by FLI, which clinched the coveted ‘Developer of the Year’ title for the second year in a row.
This latest win underscores Filinvest’s dynamic approach in creating thriving communities, and its continued leadership in real estate innovation, spanning residential, commercial, and industrial developments that serve diverse markets across the country.
FLI, a leading, full-range property developer with presence in more than 200 provinces and towns nationwide, was honored with five major awards:
Developer of the Year (Back-to-Back Winner)
• Gold – Residential Low-Rise: Hampton Orchards, Pampanga
• Gold – Residential Mid-Rise: Futura One, Dagupan
• Gold – Industrial North Luzon: Filinvest Innovation Park, New Clark City
• Gold – Industrial: Filinvest Innovation Park, Ciudad de Calamba

Meanwhile, Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), the country’s first sustainability-themed real estate investment trust in the Philippines, received four awards:
• Gold – Office Development: Axis Tower Two
• Gold – Sustainable Development: Vector Three
• Silver – Office Development: Vector Three
• Silver – Sustainable Development: Axis Tower Two
Also adding to the long list of victories, Filinvest Alabang, Inc. (FAI), the township and luxury residential arm of the Filinvest Group, earned two gold awards:
• Gold – Master Plan: Filinvest City
• Gold – Specialized Project (Purpose-Built): Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel
The FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards recognize outstanding contributions to the real estate industry across planning, sustainability, innovation, and community impact.
As Filinvest Group marks 70 years of growth and transformation, this recent wave of real estate accolades is more than just trophies or awards; it’s the long-term result and product of the Group’s ongoing mission to enable Filipinos to achieve their dream and shape a more inclusive future for the country.
