MAFBEX 2025 showcases culinary creativity and nonstop flavor

The Manila Food and Beverage Expo returns with live demos, global flavors, and the latest in food innovation and industry trends

The Manila Foods and Beverages Exposition (MAFBEX) is back for its 19th edition, happening June 11–15, 2025, at the World Trade Center Metro Manila. Organized by Worldbex Services International (WSI), the event invites food lovers and businesses alike to explore the evolving landscape of the Philippine food and beverage industry.
Billed as the country’s largest F&B trade show, MAFBEX draws a growing audience, with foot traffic reaching 52,000 in previous years. The expo features a range of activities aimed at both the local and international market.
Chefs of the world
Held at the Main Lobby of the venue, the Chefs of the World stage showcases well-known local and international chefs as they demonstrate how to create gourmet dishes and five-star cuisine through simple, accessible techniques.
Mafbex culinary cup: Home chef edition
The Culinary Cup returns with a renewed focus on amateur talent. This year’s "Home Chef" edition celebrates everyday cooks, giving them a chance to compete for the title of Grand Home Chef and further hone their culinary skills.
The brew district
The Brew District brings together coffee enthusiasts, highlighting the country’s best local brewers as well as the growers and farmers behind the beans.
For the first time, MAFBEX is partnering with the Philippine National Coffee Competition to host two national events: the National Barista Championship and the National Brewers Cup—both aimed at elevating the local coffee industry.
MAFBEX scoop
An exhibit dedicated to innovation, MAFBEX Scoop presents the latest in food equipment, materials, and services designed to streamline and enhance culinary work.
MAFBEX talks
This series of talks and seminars covers a wide range of topics for aspiring entrepreneurs and food business owners. Attendees will gain insights into food theory and strategies for starting and growing a food business.
Mafbex flair cup competition
A showcase of flairtending skills, the Flair Cup Competition features bartenders competing to mix the best drinks while demonstrating showmanship behind the bar.
YHE competitions
In partnership with the Young Hoteliers’ Exposition from the College of St. Benilde, MAFBEX will again host competitions geared toward students preparing for careers in hospitality and the F&B industry.
MAFBEX Bites
For those unable to attend in person, MAFBEX Bites offers a live online platform that streams on-ground activities and provides digital exposure for exhibitors and their latest products.
MAFBEX 2025 aims to be the biggest F&B event of the year, offering attendees access to global flavors and professional experiences. Tickets are available at mafbex.com.
