  • ARTHALAND, the country's foremost green developer, has partnered with the Azkals Development Academy (ADA) to support the growth of grassroots football in the country. This collaboration reflects ARTHALAND's enduring commitment to social sustainability and holistic community development as outlined in the UN SDGs, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), Goal 4 (Quality Education), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

ARTHALAND, the country’s foremost green developer, has partnered with the Azkals Development Academy (ADA) to support the growth of grassroots football in the country. This collaboration reflects ARTHALAND’s enduring commitment to social sustainability and holistic community development as outlined in the UN SDGs, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), Goal 4 (Quality Education), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

As an ADA Gold Sponsor for 2025, ARTHALAND supported ADA’s debut in Singapore’s JSSL 7s 2025 tournament last April 17-20, 2025. The JSSL Singapore Professional Academy 7s is Asia’s Premier Youth Football competition, showcasing the young talent of over 400 teams across 17 countries. The ADA contingent learned a lot by competing against teams worldwide in this 7-a-side tournament.

ARTHALAND is also working with the ADA for the upcoming ARTHALAND Football Cup on June 29, 2025, at its LEED Platinum-certified township in Biñan, Laguna, called Sevina Park, an 8.1-hectare mixed-use community that prioritizes sustainability and well-being. By reducing carbon emissions, improving air quality and lowering utility bills, it creates a healthier and happier living environment for residents. It is the first development in Southeast Asia to be awarded a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum certification in the neighborhood development and homes categories, plus a five-star rating from Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence. With 60 percent green and open spaces, there is much room to connect with neighbors and with nature. You can enjoy leisurely strolls or bike rides amid the lush surroundings, create fun memories at the playground and the swimming pool or pick fresh produce at the Potager Garden.
