Together with a forensic examiner from the regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit and personnel from the Department of Justice and Department of Social Welfare and Development, WCPC-VFU operatives seized five cell phones allegedly used to film the children naked.
Authorities did not release concrete details about the abuse but they said information about the illegal activity came from foreign counterparts.
Transactions from money couriers were among the evidence used to monitor the illegal activity.
The rescued children have been turned over to social workers for stress debriefing.
