City Health Officer Dr. Dulce Miravite refused to identify them but said they are from the central, east, and west coast.
She said that they have been ordered to isolate after exhibiting monkeypox symptoms.
Miravite said that three other suspected cases in the east coast have been cleared of the disease.
They were reportedly exposed to a three-year-old-child from Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay, who had the first monkeypox case in the province.
Zamboanga City is adjacent to Tungawan.
