The Philippines’ chapter of the Paris-based International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) has conferred on Architect Nathaniel “Nikki” Romero a diplomate in real estate management during the recent 2025 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards.
Diplomate on real estate management conferred on Filipino architect
Arch. Nathaniel Romero
Romero, chairman and chief architect of urban developer Primehomes Real Estate Development, Inc., was honored “for pioneering in sustainable and energy-efficient designer communities, redefining city living with expansive greenscapes, and aptly getting his company recognized as an urban oasis developer."
His projects for Primehomes Real Estate Development “showcase a perfect balance between the conveniences of modern living and the nature-inspired tranquility of a countryside setting.”
Those who led in the conferment ceremony were incoming world president Lily Chang of FIABCI International, past world president and FIABCI-Philippines chairman emeritus Florentino S. Dulalia Jr., and FIABCI international education and academic membership committee chairman Dr. Eduardo G. Ong.
FIABCI-Philippines is the only organization authorized by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines to award the title of diplomate to deserving members of the real estate industry.
Originally conceptualized in 1996 by the Philippine Council of Real Estate Educators, this tradition was carried forward by FIABCI-Philippines, beginning with its inaugural awards in 2015.
This year’s ceremony marked the 10th edition of the Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, solidifying Romero’s place among the most influential and iconic figures in Philippine real estate development.
Primehomes’ flagship development is in Capitol Hills, Quezon City — a four-hectare master-planned community where residential towers rise gracefully amid century-old trees and expansive green spaces.
Ranging from 12 to 25 stories, Primehomes said “these towers are thoughtfully integrated into lush botanical landscapes and enhanced by world-class amenities, establishing a new standard in eco-conscious, livable design that serves as sanctuary in the heart of the city.”
Primehomes is also set to launch “The Green Line City” in Taguig — an eight-hectare mixed-use micro-polis that “will seamlessly integrate residential, office, and recreational zones with walkable parks, vibrant commercial areas, and a lively town center — all aligned with its botanical design signature.”
“At Primehomes, we believe that a true home is more than just a place — it’s where life begins, memories are made, and dreams are nurtured,” Romero said.
He added: “We build with heart and purpose, driven by the belief that every Filipino family deserves a space that offers not only shelter, but also love, safety, and a deep sense of belonging.”
