Foreigner arrested for raping transwoman in Batangas

MABINI, Batangas – A 23-year-old foreign national was arrested for allegedly raping a 25-year-old transwoman in a resort in Barangay Ligaya here on Sunday afternoon, May 25.

Police identified the suspect as Chinese national Ehrron, a resident of Taysan, Batangas.

Investigation said that the victim Larc, businessman, from Las Pinas City, received an online threat from the suspect that he would spread his naked video through social media if he did not come to him at the resort and have sex with him.

The victim, accompanied by a friend, proceeded to the resort to talk to the suspect and delete the video.

The victim’s friend was not allowed by the guard to accompany him and the victim went alone to the suspect's room. The suspect molested the victim after entering the room.

Larc filed a complaint with the police who arrested the suspect.

The suspect faces appropriate charges.
