Foreign bizman shot dead in Dagupan City

DAGUPAN CITY – A foreign businessman was shot dead in Barangay Pantal, this city, on Saturday night, May 24.

Police identified victim as Tony, 40, Chinese, of Barangay San Miguel, Calasiao, Pangasinan.
Investigation said the victim had just attended the wake of a Chinese friend and about to board his car when a man appeared and shot him.
The gunman fled onboard a white motorcycle driven by a companion.
The victim was taken to a hospital here where he was declared dead.
Four fired 9mm cartridge cases and a deformed slug were recovered in the crime scene.
Police are conducting follow-up and manhunt operations.
