In a city that rarely slows down, it helps to have a place that does. A spot where you can stretch out, sip coffee under the trees, or simply sit and breathe. Here, green space takes the lead—offering room to unwind and enjoy the moment.
Why more people are spending their weekends at Parklinks
With half of its land devoted to open space, Parklinks is designed to help you unwind
Parklinks is a 35-hectare mixed-use estate by Ayala Land and Eton Properties along C-5, with half of its area dedicated to open spaces.
Along the busy E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5) corridor, a different kind of place is beginning to take root. Parklinks, a sprawling 35-hectare master-planned estate by Ayala Land and Eton Properties, brings something rare to Metro Manila: a chance to slow down, move freely, and reconnect with open space.
Parklinks aims to be Metro Manila’s model for green and healthy urban living.
Half of the entire development is dedicated to open space. That’s more than 170,000 square meters set aside not for buildings or roads, but for walking, jogging, biking, sitting under trees, and meeting up with friends without having to shout over traffic. At a time when green space is often the first to go, Parklinks makes it the starting point.
The heart of the estate is the three-hectare Central Park—a wide, tree-lined green space designed for families, runners, and anyone who wants to slow down without leaving the city. There’s also the Eco Esplanade, a peaceful riverside stretch perfect for early morning walks or quiet evenings. Connecting Quezon City and Pasig City over the Marikina River, the 110-meter completed Parklinks Bridge features dedicated bike and pedestrian lanes, seamlessly weaving together the estate’s green corridors.

Weekends feel different here. More relaxed. People come with pets, kids, coffee, or nothing at all. They walk, they sit, they stay a while.
The soon-to-open Parklinks Mall, with a total floor area of 115,000 square meters, will bring in cafés, restaurants, and wellness shops, all connected by open-air paths and plazas. Developed by ALI Eton Property Development Corp. and operated by Ayala Malls, it’s not just another commercial center, it’s designed to blend into the park, not compete with it. A central plaza will host community events and gatherings, while an office tower above will offer modern, sustainable workspaces without disturbing the calm.
On the residential side, vertical communities rise with the same focus on balance. The Parklinks North Tower will have 280 units across 55 floors, while the South Tower offers 313 units, both developed by Ayala Land Premier, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies overlooking the river and skyline. Meanwhile, Alveo Land’s The Lattice is a 43-story building with 537 units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom residences. Sustainable features like rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient lighting make these homes as green as their surroundings.

By the school year 2026–2027, a new campus of the Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS) will open within the estate, welcoming up to 1,400 students and making Parklinks even more family-friendly. This addition strengthens the vision of a well-rounded, everyday community where work, play, education, and nature exist in harmony.
More than a real estate development, Parklinks is becoming one of the city’s most livable corners. It’s a place to walk, talk, stretch, sit still, and simply feel lighter. Not because it’s trying to be different, but because it was thoughtfully designed with people and nature in mind. Here, it’s easier to take a breath. And sometimes, that’s all you really need.
