The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the results of the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), announcing that 55,029 examinees have successfully passed and are now newly licensed educators across the country.

The PRC, in coordination with the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT), officially released the results of the March 2025 LEPT on May 23, after 41 working days.
Out of the total examinees, the PRC said 16,282 elementary teachers passed out of 34,810 takers, resulting in a 46.77 percent passing rate, while 38,747 secondary teachers passed out of 62,225 takers, achieving a 62.27 percent passing rate.
The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, Member.
Passers: Top 10 and breakdown
Jamaema Hiluano Mustapha from Mindanao State University (Maigo Sat) and Raeiden Mohammad Pango from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology ranked first in the Elementary Level with a 94.60 percent passing rate.
Jeanlyn Guinita Colipano from Cebu Technological University - Danao topped the exams for the Secondary Level with a passing score of 93.80 percent.

For the Elementary Level, the PRC said there were 13,819 first-time takers and 2,463 repeaters.
In the Secondary Level, there were 32,624 first-time takers and 6,123 repeaters, according to the PRC.
The examination was held on March 23 across 38 testing centers nationwide, including Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, and other regional locations.
Results withheld
The PRC also announced that the results for 57 examinees have been withheld, pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
Registration, oathtaking details
Registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will begin on the following dates:

Successful examinees are required to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The requirements for registration include the Notice of Admission (for identification purposes); a duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (downloaded from PRC); two passport-sized photos (colored, white background, with complete name tag); two sets of documentary stamps; and a short brown envelope.
The schedule and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new licensed teachers will be announced at a later date, the PRC said.
