On Saturday, May 17, 2025, Rockwell Land Corporation held the ceremonial groundbreaking and time capsule lowering for Rockwell South at Carmelray in Canlubang, Laguna. This event marks the commencement of construction for the community's first exclusive house and lot offerings, further enriching Rockwell’s signature horizontal development in the South.
Present at the ceremony were Rockwell Land Chairman and CEO Tong Padilla, President and COO Valerie Soliven, The Carmelray Group of Companies Managing Director Charrie Yulo, together with the Yulo family, Rockwell executives, consultants, and contractors.
