Paranaque LGU to implement road closures on May 24 for Santa Cruzan

The Parañaque City government will implement temporary road closures in select areas on May 24 to accommodate the Santa Cruzan and other related activities.
Mayor Eric Olivarez said that on Sunday, May 24, Tramo Street at the corner of Kabihasnan and Pelaez Streets will be closed to motorists from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. for a Holy Mass, followed by a Palarong Bayan from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The affected areas will reopen from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., then close again from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the Sagala or Santacruzan. This will be followed by a talent show and raffle that will run until 10 p.m.
The mayor urged motorists to avoid the affected areas and take alternative routes, as road closures will remain in place until 12 midnight on Sunday, May 25.
