P2M shabu seized from 2 high-value drug pushers in QC

Police arrested two high-value drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, on Wednesday night, May 21.

The victims were identified as alias “Fahad”, 22, and alias “Romel”, 18, both residents of Barangay Culiat, Quezon City. 

According to the police report, the operation was conducted at Florville extension, Quezon City at around 10:41 p.m.

A police officer acted as a poseur-buyer and purchased illegal drugs worth P75,000 worth of shabu from the suspect, leading to the arrest.

Recovered from the suspect were 301.06 grams of shabu valued at P2,047,208, a cellular phone, and the buy-bust money. 

The suspects will be charged for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.
