EEI Corporation will hold its 2025 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on June 27, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. via remote communication.
Stockholders of record as of May 27, 2025 are entitled to notice and voting rights. Meeting materials, including the Information Statement, Management Report, SEC Form 17-A, and others, will be available on the EEI website and PSE Edge.
To attend, stockholders must email [email protected] by June 26, 2025. A livestream link will be provided upon verification. A recording will be posted online after the meeting.
Voting may be done by proxy (submit by June 26) or through electronic voting in absentia, subject to third-party validation.
