The Rizal Police Provincial Office (Rizal PPO) identified the man who sources shabu from Payatas, QC as “Enan,” 44, tagged as a high-value individual (HVI). The three others were identified as “Negro,” 29; “Rose,” 28; and “Junior,” 22.
They were arrested during an anti-illegal drug operation conducted by the Rodriguez Municipal Police Station in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Barangay San Rafael on Tuesday morning, May 20.
Confiscated during the operation were five heat-sealed plastic sachets and a knot-tied plastic cellophane containing suspected shabu with an estimated total weight of 116 grams, along with buy-bust money, boodle money, transaction money, and a black sling bag.
Meanwhile, a manhunt is ongoing for another individual, identified as “James,” a high-value target who is also allegedly involved in illegal drug distribution in the area.
Authorities said the suspects were immediately brought to the Rizal Provincial Forensic Unit for drug testing.
The Rizal PNP vowed to intensify its campaign against illegal drugs and urged the public to report suspicious activities to help maintain peace and order in the community.
