Moving forward with more luxury developments
Hann Resorts is currently leading the luxury developments in Clark and Tarlac
Dedicated to developing luxury, integrated lifestyle destinations, Hann Philippines Inc. (HPI) is forging ahead with bold development projects in its bid to become the leading integrated resort developer in the country.
HPI is the South Korean-led investment firm behind the Hann Resorts brand that was established in 2021. Hann Casino Resort, its flagship project, hosts the first five-star hotel in Central Luzon, Clark Marriott, and the first Swissotel Clark in the country, with 865 room keys. The casino complex has 147 tables, 868 slot machines, and VIP clubs. It also serves a luxurious culinary experience with 15 restaurants, bars, and cafes.
Already set in motion are two major expansion projects that will bring different facets of luxury living.
Agnes Liwanag, Hann Philippines, Inc. vice president for Real Estate and Property Development, said that Hann Casino Resort stands as the “vibrant urban center” as part of the integrated resort. “It gives you that energy, the life without the traffic jam of Metro Manila that you don't like. So, everything is here without the hassle. Then we have the Hann Reserve. Here, we offer something completely different. It's a chance to immerse yourself in luxury equals lifestyle resort living in a place where sustainable practices meet unparalleled comfort without sacrificing indulgence," she added.
The current expansion of the Hann Casino Resort will bring forth Canyon Casino. With an estimated total investment of 8 billion pesos, Canyon Casino will feature additional gaming tables, slot machines, and restaurants. The mega project will also offer branded residences, including the InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, and local hotel residences, with a 24-story building featuring around 354 room keys and various amenities.
Phase one is already underway and expected to be completed by the end of 2025, while phase two is scheduled in the first quarter of 2026. The branded residences project should be operational in 2029 or 2030.
Next to rise is Hann Reserve, the 450-hectare luxury estate development at New Clark City, Tarlac. The master plan of Hann Reserve will include ultra-luxury villa residences and condominium towers, lifestyle commercial centers, a casino, an international school, and a hospital. In addition, there will be a 10-hectare curated,public park.
Liwanag shared that “the company's vision actually extends beyond the Clark Freeport Zone. Because we always want to move forward, we were able to seize a remarkable opportunity to shape the future in the leisure landscape of New Clark City in Bamban, at Capas, Tarlac. We are developing a 450-hectare property, mixed use destination with a big commitment to sustainability and eco-tourism.”
Hann Reserve will also feature three 18-hole golf courses, designed by Jack Nicklaus, KJ Choi, and Sir Nick Faldo, along with the only PGA-affiliated playerdevelopment facilities in the country. Luxury residences will be provided by international luxury hotel brands such as Banyan Tree, SO/, Sofitel, and Emblems by Accor, and The Luxury Collection and Westin by Marriott International.
The Jack Nicklaus Golf Course is scheduled to be completed at the end of the year, including the Golf and Country Club, while the Choi Golf Course will be operational by the end of 2027.
