Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting via remote communication should register using the Company’s registration portal provided at www.ionics-ems.com/agm2025 on or before 4 June 2025. Stockholders who cannot attend the meeting may designate their authorized representative by submitting a signed proxy form via email to [email protected] before the close of business hours on 5 June 2025.
