'Doctor' who circumcised boy in Tondo clinic found to be fake

The Manila Police District (MPD) revealed that the woman who performed a circumcision on a 10-year-old boy who later died in Tondo, Manila, is not a licensed medical doctor.
According to the investigation, the suspect is a senior citizen who allegedly posed as a physician to perform medical procedures.
At the time, she was found to be using the name and license number of a legitimate physician she had once worked with.
In the latest incident, the same woman posed once again as a doctor and carried out a circumcision on May 17.
The authorities found that the clinic where the procedure was performed was operating without proper permits. Authorities confirmed that the woman is not a licensed physician.
An autopsy was already conducted, according to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to determine the exact cause of death.
