The 2025 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of EEI Corporation will be held on June 27, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. via remote communication.

Stockholders of record as of May 27, 2025 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the meeting. Relevant materials including the Information Statement, Management Report, SEC Form 17-A, and other documents—will be available on the Company’s website and PSE Edge.

Participation and voting may be done remotely. Stockholders wishing to attend must notify the Corporation by email at [email protected] on or before June 26, 2025. Upon verification, a livestream link will be sent to the registered email. A recording will be uploaded to the website after the meeting.

Voting may be done either by proxy and participants may submit duly accomplished proxies to [email protected] by June 26, 2025. Stockholders may also vote by submitting the electronic voting in absentia Form and is subject to third-party validation.
