The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of the Seafront Resources Corporation (SRC) will be conducted on June 19, 2025, at 3:30 PM.

Meeting materials — such as the Information Statement, Management Report, SEC Form 17-A, and minutes of the 2024 meeting — will be available at www.seafrontresources.com.ph and through https://edge.pse.com.ph/companyDisclosures/form.do?cmpy_id=156. Stockholders may vote by proxy, remote communication, or in absentia, in accordance with the Revised Corporation Code and SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6-2020.

To participate, stockholders must register between June 4 and 9, 2025 (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at https://forms.office.com/r/28GdbXNC0H. Proxy forms must be submitted by 5:00 PM on June 9, 2025, to the Corporate Secretary’s Office or via email. Proxy validation will also be held on June 9.
