K-pop girl group ILLIT's third mini-album 'Bomb' set for release in June
K-pop group ILLIT will be making their comeback with the release of their third mini-album “Bomb” on June 16.
“Bomb” will tell the story of the quintet expanding their world through emerging interactions with “you.”
Building upon the journey of self-discovery in their debut album “Super Real Me,” and the awakening of affection in “I’ll Like You,” ILLIT now delves into developing a relationship with “you.”
Their signature quirky charm and bold energy persist, as they continue to forge their distinct identity and raise anticipation for their evolving magnetism.
Their debut track last year, “Magnetic,” became the first and fastest K-pop debut track to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Chart Top 100.
In addition, “I’ll Like You” landed at No. 94 on the Billboard 200 and ILLIT grabbed the stop spot on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart.
The group continued to expand their global reach this year, starting with their first-ever US award win—Best New Artist (K-Pop) at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
In Japan, ILLIT’s Japanese movie soundtrack “Almond Chocolate” became the highest-charting K-pop girl group track released this year on Oricon’s Weekly Streaming Chart.
On the heels of their standout collaboration with Disney star Kylie Cantrall on her track, “See U Tonight (feat. Yunah & Minju of ILLIT),” ILLIT are gearing up to enchant listeners around the world once again with their highly anticipated new album.
Pre-orders for “Bomb” started on May 19 with more information available on the Weverse app.
