Filipino-American singer-songwriter Rocco unveils dreamy new single 'Door' from upcoming album 'Skin & Bone'

Filipino-American singer-songwriter Rocco has released “Door”, a captivating and introspective new single from his upcoming album "Skin & Bone."

A spontaneous creation born from a burst of inspiration, “Door” was crafted with Rocco’s brother and collaborator, who serves as a key producer on the album.

Despite the album already being complete, the duo decided to include “Door” at the last minute—and it now stands as one of the project’s most compelling highlights.

Blending Rocco’s signature soulful lyricism with indie-pop, low-fi feels, “Door” is yet another bedroom pop gem, taken from his upcoming album, and following on from the previous single, “Only Boy”.

About ‘Skin & Bone’

"Skin & Bone," Rocco’s most personal work to date, weaves together pop, indie, and R&B influences, anchored by his evocative vocals and relatable lyricism. The album’s title nods to themes of growth and self-longing, exuding vulnerability that is highly relatable.

‘Skin & Bone’ is representative of the fact that I am just skin & bone…I don’t see myself as anything more, and I’m just a guy who enjoys making music and wants to bring a nice, refreshing sound to this scene. I wanted to create a piece of art that resonates not just with others, but mostly with myself, which is something I haven’t done much before. It’s the proudest and coolest thing I’ve ever done," said Rocco.
