FILRT secures first PH office of US-based auto dealership BPO

Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), the real estate investment trust of the Gotianun Group, has secured Pinnacle Intelligence, Inc. (Pinnacle) as its newest tenant at Northgate Cyberzone in Filinvest City, Alabang.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, FILRT said Pinnalce, a US-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in customer support services for auto dealerships across the US, will establish its first Philippine office Northgate Cyberzone.
Pinnacle is will be leasing almost 2,000 square meters in Filinvest Two Building. By selecting Northgate Cyberzone for its Philippine operations, Pinnacle gains access to a highly skilled workforce, robust infrastructure, and a business-friendly environment that supports growth.
“The area’s reputation as a strategic IT-BPO hub, coupled with its sustainability-driven office spaces, aligns perfectly with the company’s operational needs and future growth plans,” FILRT said.
Filinvest Two is one of 16 Grade A office properties in FILRT’s portfolio, strategically located within Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang. The building is fully powered by renewable energy and is among the eight EDGE-certified properties in FILRT’s office portfolio.
Positioned along Alabang-Zapote Road, Filinvest Two offers excellent connectivity to major thoroughfares, including the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), West and East Service Roads, Skyway, and Daang Hari Road, ensuring convenient access for businesses and employees alike.
Through this move, Pinnacle joins a growing community of enterprises that value green and high-performance workspaces.
